Ultimate Nutrition PROSTAR Whey Protein it was launched in 1977 by US Power Lifter and its pretty old company around 36 years old. It is well established trusted company. Bodybuilders back in Arnold times have used it but today it’s packaging, label has been changed.

 

Let’s checkout the label first: Overall label is perfect, you getting 25grams in 30grams scoop it means protein availability is around 84%. When any supplement has 80 plus protein availability then just get it. ON Gold Standard Whey Protein has 77% availability so it’s even better. Any Whey supplement which has sugar too much just doesn’t buy it. The main reason for protein availability is high because Carbs and Fat content is pretty low.

TASTE & MIXABILITY

 

Taste is perfect and it’s mixability is perfect as well use 6-8oz (180-240ml) water for a scoop. If you add more water you won’t get good taste. If you are under weight then use it with Non-fat Milk and if you are overweight then avoid Milk. If your weight is balanced then use either one.

Its price in US is around $48 and price in Indian market is around ₹ 5,500. It’s pretty cheap compare to other US brands. And 1kg cost around ₹ 2,200.

Casein protein is a slow releasing protein, Whey is fast digesting Protein. Casein supplies protein for around 7-8 hours. Today I’m reviewing MuscleBlaze Whey Protein. I came from India in November and brought this product with me and I have tested it for around 4 Weeks. I’m giving you a report card after testing it. So, next time when you purchase it, you should know about it. If you look at MuscleBlaze Label it shows BCAA Ratio is: Lucine, Isolucine and Valine is 2:1:1 which is overall Label is just fine.
