Image
Ultimate Nutrition PROSTAR Whey Protein it was launched in 1977 by US Power Lifter and its pretty old company around 36 years old. It is well established trusted company. Bodybuilders back in Arnold times have used it but today it’s packaging, label has been changed.   Let’s checkout the label first: Overall label is perfect, you getting 25grams in 30grams scoop it means protein availability is around 84%. When any supplement has 80 plus protein availability then just get it. ON Gold Standard Whey Protein has 77% availability so it’s even better. Any Whey supplement which has sugar too much just doesn’t buy it. The main reason for protein availability is high because Carbs and Fat content is pretty low.   Ultimate Nutrition PROSTAR Whey Protein is a very good product where Fat, Carbs and sugar content are pretty low and no harmful ingredients.   TASTE & MIXABILITY   Taste is perfect and it’s mixability is perfect as well use 6-8oz (180-240ml) ...

DAVISCO Whey Protein (Concentrate) Review

Image
Today I’m reviewing DAVISCO Whey Protein (Concentrate). For the last few weeks everybody is asking to review this product. Its price is pretty cheap please let us know about that. It is available 2 to 50 pounds bag in foreign and Indian market and its pretty cheap because reason is it’s a Raw Material, its not in usual form. Let me explain two ways: 1.       If I’m a customer and I buy a Davisco Whey Protein and use it after workout. So, we are thinking it’s a cheaper there you are wrong because its not in usable form. 2.       If I’m supplement company owner, I buy this raw material from whole sale and now I’m adding flavor, enzymes, sweetner, packaging and labelling then selling it. So, means I’m selling a raw material but in a usable form. My cost of production will go up then I will make profit. It is a Raw Whey Protein and it doesn’t contain enzymes. Without enzymes your body cannot absorb the Whey Protein. We need enzymes...

MuscleTech Casein Protein Review

Image
Today I’m reviewing MuscleTech Casein Protein. Two different ways to pronounce: Casein or Kasein. Before reviewing it, let me tell you about the Casein first. Casein protein is a slow releasing protein, Whey is fast digesting Protein. Casein supplies protein for around 7-8 hours. You mostly get fasted and medium digesting protein all day, night time before you sleep we don’t need fast digesting protein which our body breaks fats. If you take Whey it digests in 30 minutes and your body goes into Catabolic in 7-10 hours which results muscle breakdown. Your body should be in Anabolic so you gain muscle during sleep. That’s the time your body is in recovery mode when you sleep. So, keep your body in Anabolic by add Casein protein. Let’s check out MuscleTech Casein Protein label: 1 serving size is 31 grams which consists 24 grams of total protein. You know they add artificial flavor like: Maltadextrin and Sucralose. But they added only Sucralose. Its fine though because you are taki...
