Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Review

Today I’m reviewing Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein. It’s pretty popular brand in the world, it available in every market in the world. I’m going to cover it today, its Pros and Cons. Its been in the market for around 15 years and it is a tested supplement in the fitness industry almost everyone tried it former. Let’s check out Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein label:
1 serving size is 32 grams which consists 24 grams of total protein. Its definitely high protein low calorie product with sodium and cholesterol is low as well. In Ingredients, there is a Maltadextrin which is an artificial flavour which is a sugar name, and Sucralose definitely sugar added which is good and bad as well. Its fine if you are eating clean and good then it won’t harm you at all but if your nutrition is bad, bad eating lifestyle then too much can harm you.

FLAVOR
It comes in many flavor, I have extreme milk chocolate, depends upon how much you are into flavours. Extreme milk chocolate is pretty tasty and I told you because of artificial flavor.

MIXABILITY & QUALITY
Its mixability and quality are perfect. Out of 32 grams you are getting 24 grams of protein which its biological value is 75-76%. Normally all the brands give you 75% of protein per serving.

COST
It cost around $56 for 5 pounds packing (2.25kg). In India it cost around 7,000 which is kinda expensive because all foreign products cost double after custom and other duties.

Anybody who wants to gain weight, lose weight, lose body fat can use it. You can take it post workout for 1-2 scoop depends upon your goals and fitness level.
